Create a drug order

During a consultation, you can order a radiology report by clicking on the Order Items > DRUG.

Now, click on the plus(+) Button. After clicking, you should see an add item window where you can add medicine from the pharmacy.

Provide the required order details, then confirm the selection.

After selecting the medicine, you should see a window pop up where you can create instructions for the medicine.

Now, click on the Add button to add the instruction. You can add multiple instructions.

After adding the instructions, you can save by clicking on the Save Changes button.

You can add multiple medicines, and once you’re done, click on the save button.

After saving, you should see the medicines added under the drug section, and after saving, the order becomes available to the pharmacy for dispensing.

Here you can print the list with the instructions. You can also update the instructions by clicking on the i button. You can flip the label from Rx to Tx and ST to prioritize the order.

In the dispense Worklist, the ST order keeps flashing.

Once an order(drug) is done, we can see it in the Pharmacy > Dispense worklist

Once arrive, you can prepare the order, mark the order as an issue, or print the medicine label.

To start preparing the order, click on the item details button.

After clicking, the Item Details page should pop up

You can add more items by clicking on the Add Item button.

You can even edit, delete, or print existing items.

Once done, you can start preparing the order by clicking on the Start preparing button

Once done, click on the prepared check mark and click waiting for dispense.

This will move the order to the Waiting for dispense tab.

After dispensing the order, click on the dispense button.

In the dispense items list, you can add items and view the animal’s allergy-related information.

Now click on the Dispense button.

After clicking, you should see the order move to the dispensed tab.
